Because the Club and Marina are cooperatively owned and operated with volunteer-only help, it offers the best array of services on Muskegon Lake for the cheapest price. In addition to the features mentioned above, haulout fees, and storage rates have remained stable for several years. Our current rate structure, based on our tremendous need for dredging:
24 ft. slip - $900.00 28 ft. slip - $1450.00 32 ft. slip - $1550.00
Transient Dockage: $10/night; $50/week
Any boat longer than the slip rented must be approved by the Shore Committee. Contact Shore Committee Chairman Dan Wetherby at 616-308-4221 to inquire about slip availability and to join the club and rent a slip. Club dues are only $30/year and all prospective slip renters must join the Club to be eligible for a slip. An ongoing rule that required attendance at 7 Club meetings has been suspended temporarily, but may be reinstated at any time. Docks are assigned on a seniority basis. Any slip renter is responsible for maintaining the dock and the adjoining property during their tenancy. All slip renters must abide by the latest edition of the Marina Rules, which are posted on this website. Give Dan a call if you have questions. Winter Storage: $4/ft. LOA Power Washer available to use for $10/boat
Slip Holdersare responsible for helpingthe Shore Committee in the retrieval and leveling of their cradle or trailer.
